Coronavirus (COVID-19) Health & Safety Response
Last Updated: March 24th, 2021
After prayerfully considering the Covid situation in the Salina area, we are going to resume in-person services at 9:00 am and 10:45 am. The standard mask protocol will remain in effect. Church leadership is requiring anybody who attends services to follow the following restrictions:
Masks MUST continue to be worn into the SHCC facility all the way to your seat at which time they can be removed.
If you get up from your seat, the mask MUST again be reapplied.
When you are up moving around, masks must be worn.
Social distancing will be maintained on stage. Musicians and preachers are also required to wear masks all the way to the stage and must reapply them as they prepare to come down off the stage.
Children 5 years and under are not required to wear masks.
We will also continue the online services for those who wish to stay at home.
Please, if you are sick stay home. Even if you have a sniffle we ask that you please stay home.
Also, please note the following:
Sunday school classes for children and middle school have resumed at 9:00 am.
We will have communion available on a small table as you enter the sanctuary. Please grab your kit prior to heading to your seat. We will take communion together during the service. We ask that you please throw away your empty juice cups in a trash bin as you leave the service.
We will have masks and gloves available for those who may want/need them.
There will be hand sanitizing stations available for use.
In starting in-person services again, offering checks will be collected at the services. Also remember that online giving is still available here. You can also mail your checks to:

Please don’t forget or neglect to give – we need your continued support. Also stay tuned for any updates or changes to the above mentioned plans. As we all know the Covid situation is constantly changing.
